THE PROBLEM & PURPOSE

A product needs more
than a production line.

An enterprise may have an idea, a milk supply or a buyer, yet still need to coordinate processing, testing, packaging and delivery across several organisations.

The constraint

Accessing suitable capabilities can involve high entry costs, fragmented responsibilities and difficult coordination.

The proposed service

AMNAYA assembles a costed delivery plan with suitable facilities, specialist support and defined responsibilities.

The outcome to prove

Dependable manufacture, clearer product records, practical technology deployment and value that customers will pay for.

ONE BUSINESS · TWO STAGES

Establish demand.
Then develop the park.

STAGE 1 · PARTNER NETWORK

Manufacture where suitable facilities exist.

AMNAYA arranges access to qualified manufacturers, laboratories, packaging and logistics providers through defined commercial agreements.

  • One coordinated customer project plan
  • Product development and specialist review
  • Agreed capacity, costs and delivery responsibilities
  • Evidence from paid projects and repeat demand

Potential income: project, coordination and service-management fees.

STAGE 2 · DEDICATED PREMISES

Businesses manufacture at AMNAYA premises.

Develop or lease a physical industrial park with selected shared infrastructure and specialist services, informed by demonstrated demand.

  • Premises for participating manufacturers
  • Shared services sized to committed needs
  • Continued access to the external partner network
  • Location-specific feasibility and investment decisions

Potential income: rent, utilities and shared-facility service charges.

What must justify the move to Stage 2?

Repeat paying customers, prospective tenant commitments, reliable supply and buyer access, a suitable site and approvals, costed construction and operations, and a credible repayment model. There is no fixed transition date or committed location.

THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

One coordinated route.
Accountability at each step.

01 · Define

Operations records composition, use, volumes, intended market and buyer requirements in a product brief.

02 · Prepare

Research and specialists establish formulation, classification assessment, testing, packaging and production requirements.

03 · Arrange

Operations matches facilities and providers to capacity, costs, schedules and contractual responsibilities.

04 · Produce & verify

Qualified manufacturers produce against agreed specifications. Authorised parties test, assess and release batches.

05 · Deliver

Storage and logistics teams preserve batch identity and required conditions through delivery.

06 · Improve

Customer feedback, quality results and cost data inform corrective actions, startup pilots and future investment.

The Operations Centre coordinates the project. Each provider remains accountable for its contracted work; regulatory decisions and authorised product release remain with the responsible parties.

PRODUCT COVERAGE & CLASSIFICATION

A broad dairy scope.
A specific route for every product.

All the product families below form part of the proposed scope. Production begins only when suitable capabilities and product-specific requirements are established.

Six core HS headings contain 21 international six-digit subheadings under HS 2022. Related ingredients and preparations extend beyond Chapter 4. They do not all share one production line or one classification.

New formulations or an unresolved HS classification

A product whose code is unresolved enters specialist assessment. Composition, processing, intended use, destination and the applicable tariff edition determine its classification. AI may suggest candidates; specialists review them and seek customs rulings where appropriate. AMNAYA does not create HS codes. Commercial shipments require appropriate decisions and documentation.

Organic products and national tariff detail

Organic positioning requires evidence, appropriate sourcing, segregation and relevant assurance arrangements. Organic status does not create an additional category within the 21 core international subheadings. National tariff schedules may add detail beyond six digits.

THE INTEGRATED OPERATING SYSTEM

Who does what.
And how the work connects.

Explore all 31 proposed functions from the park framework, plus three essential assurance functions. These are capability roles, not claims that facilities or partnerships already exist.

Stage 1 delivers these capabilities through qualified partners and contracted specialists. Stage 2 brings selected functions together on site where demand and proximity justify it. Farm and veterinary services may remain outside the park.

TECHNOLOGY WITH A DEFINED JOB

Better decisions.
Connected evidence.

AI & predictive analytics

Assist classification review, facility matching, demand planning and equipment-maintenance forecasting. Validate outputs and retain specialist oversight.

Sensors & connected equipment

Capture relevant production and cold-chain conditions. Calibration, alert ownership and maintenance are part of deployment.

Computer vision & robotics

Evaluate packaging inspection, automation and repetitive processes through product-specific trials.

Digital process models

Compare capacity and resource scenarios once sufficient reliable process data exists.

Blockchain & traceability

Use a permissioned shared history for selected events and proofs where useful. Keep detailed commercial records in secure storage with controlled access.

Cloud & interoperability

Connect product, project and batch records with permissions, backup and cybersecurity. Use interoperable event structures such as GS1 EPCIS.

What is in a product’s digital record?

Formulation and approved revisions; specifications; reviewed classification and tariff edition; manufacturing requirements; responsible facilities; test results and certification evidence; batch movements and delivery records. Access follows contractual permissions and data ownership.

Blockchain preserves a record history; it does not establish food safety, correct test results or organic status. Source verification and accountable people remain essential. The system must also work without blockchain.

STARTUPS & TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT

Start with an industry problem.
Prove the solution in operation.

Identify a needSelect a solutionRun a paid pilotMeasure the resultAgree deployment

Incubate, connect, accelerate

Incubation shapes a viable pilot. Networking matches ventures with manufacturers and researchers. Acceleration supports repeat customers and dependable deployment after successful trials.

A clear pilot agreement

Define the customer, baseline, installation cost, success measures, food-safety and cybersecurity requirements, intellectual property, data rights, maintenance and exit arrangements.

Potential applications include quality testing, efficient processing, packaging, cold-chain monitoring, water treatment and useful by-product recovery. AMNAYA may earn contracted pilot-management, integration and support fees. Equity participation requires a separate agreement.

BUSINESS MODEL & FINANCING READINESS

Revenue follows delivered value.
Infrastructure follows demand.

Stage 1 economics

Service and project fees less direct delivery, technical-review and partner-management costs. Funding needs include staff, systems, business development and working capital.

Stage 2 economics

Rent and shared-service income less estate operations, utilities, maintenance and staffing. Funding needs include land or lease rights, construction, equipment and infrastructure.

Who pays AMNAYA?

Dairy brands and developers pay for development and manufacturing coordination. Processors pay for additional capabilities or technical integration. Buyers may commission supply coordination and oversight. Future tenants pay for premises and shared services. Partner charges and AMNAYA fees should be distinguishable; referral commissions should be disclosed.

Cash, contracts and responsibility

Each contract defines ownership of materials, inventory and formulations; payment timing; rejected-batch responsibility; liability; intellectual property and data rights. Customer advances and schedules should limit unfunded supplier obligations. Inventory trading or customer credit requires separate assessment.

Evidence for international financial institutions and foreign banks

Stage 1: paid projects, repeat customers, partner agreements, margins and working-capital needs. Stage 2: independent feasibility, tenant commitments, reliable supply and demand, project costs, sponsor funding, approvals, environmental and social assessments, and projected cash for debt repayment. Any funding request must specify amount, use, currency, repayment source and key risks. Financing eligibility and commitments are not assumed.

How success will be measured

Time to commercial manufacture; repeat orders; specification compliance and rejected batches; delivery performance; customer cost comparisons; service margins; paid technology deployments; contracted utilisation; and measured energy, water, waste and product-loss performance. Baselines and targets must be established before claims are made.

COMMON QUESTIONS

The essentials, clearly.

Is DTP a platform or a physical park?

Both, in sequence: Stage 1 is a coordinated manufacturing and support network using suitable existing facilities. Stage 2 adds dedicated industrial premises where businesses manufacture. The network continues alongside the park.

Where will it be based?

The concept has an international outlook. A host location has not been designated; site selection must follow feasibility, supply, customer and infrastructure assessment.

Are facilities, partners or funding already confirmed?

This website describes a proposed business model. It does not announce operating facilities, named partner commitments, approved finance or a construction timetable.

Does broad product coverage mean all facilities launch together?

No. Each project requires suitable capabilities and review. The service portfolio and physical infrastructure develop in response to demonstrable demand.
